Welcome to the Prescott Food Forest!
We are a local nonprofit gardening group who grow food for our local food banks through our volunteers and students! We offer gardening education courses for free to our community members who come to learn and grow with us as they give back by tending to the garden.
We are looking for volunteers to help us with a variety of tasks including pruning, harvesting, weeding, turning soil, and more and we would love to see your school in the garden!
We are currently scheduling Fridays and Saturdays throughout the spring, summer and fall and we are welcoming high school volunteer groups to help grow for the community and fill their required volunteer hours for graduation.
School Volunteer Hours
Fridays between 9am and 2pm
Saturdays between 8am and 1 pm
March through November
We will include free printable half-page certificates that you can award to your students!
