2. To pay the $100 vendor fee, please see our tickets page!

FOR LOCAL VENDORS AND DEMONSTRATORS

What we need from you right now (posted 1/5/25)
(You can email your answers to prescottfoodforest@gmail.com)

1. If you are demonstrating or teaching, please let me know if you would like a time to do it at the central demo location (reserved for in-depth teaching and demos only) or if you will be doing it from your booth. If you are representing a local business or cause, you may present from your booth and we can either schedule you for certain times during the day (and have times listed in our event guide) or you can present at your own leisure (you will still be listed in the guide without specific times)

2. If you are planning on both demonstrating and bringing a raffle basket you may qualify for the reduced booth price of $125 (down from $250). The basket needs to have a minimum value of $75 and if you send me a brief description of what will be in the basket then I can promote it online and in the guide. Make it look good! You are representing your business! Please also wrap the basket in cellophane so nothing gets lost or stolen, or bring the basket to the Raffle Team the morning of and they can wrap it for you.

3. Will you need a larger area than 10x10 for products and demonstrations? If so, please let us know so we can plan a larger space for you. Do you need a space on the pavement? We will default to the grass but we will have some areas on pavement and cement available for activities that would ruin the grass and for animals.

4. Please send me a short bio about what you do and what you will be teaching/ demonstrating (for the Facebook page and webpage) Also, include any business addresses, social media and websites that you would like promoted.

5. There is a $25 reservation fee that will apply to your booth space cost, you can mail a check or submit it below. Let us know if you would like to send a check so we will be on the lookout for it! This is non refundable.

6. We have some electricity available, would you like to be on the list of those who need it? First priority will go to those selling perishable goods, teachers and larger demonstrations.

7. Send us any other questions you have!
