Volunteer Opportunities - Choose your stations!
We would like to try and place you in a position that you prefer, but if the positions are all filled then we will place you were you are needed the most! We are so grateful for your time, thank you for joining us!
We will email you with your placement for confirmation or alternate placement options.
Stations Available
Choose your favorites and sign up below!
Orientation Team
Greet guests and hand out event materials. You must be familiar with the layout of the event (maps provided) and where/when demonstrations are taking place (schedule provided). You will be the face that people see first!
Cleaning Crew
You will be responsible for picking up litter, changing trash can bags and hauling the full bags to the dumpster.
Classroom Attendant
Assist our speakers by tidying up the classroom in between presentations, handing out materials, and helping them with anything they need.
Set Up Crew
Help us get set up! Move items to where they go, set up tents, put out trash cans, etc.
Tear Down Crew
Help us get the event packed up!
Raffle Team
You will be in charge of accepting raffle baskets, helping wrap any that are not wrapped in cellophane, setting up displays, selling tickets, registering guests, and posting results.
Parking Attendant
Help direct traffic to designated parking areas.
Fundraising Booth Attendant
Help run the fundraising booth, hand out information and sell items.
Demonstration Area Attendant
Help at the demo area by assisting demonstrators and preparing the next presenter while the current demo is going on.
Booth Assistant
Assist at booths as needed.

Capture the event!
First Aid
Basic first aid needed, experience in medical required.
General Assistant
